Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Acceptance: By purchasing artwork from BENSLEY AND DIPRÉ LTD Company number 13790531, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
• Shipping: Artwork will not be shipped until 01/05/2024, following the closure of our current show. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon dispatch, but BENSLEY AND DIPRÉ is not responsible for any delays once the artwork has been shipped.
• Ownership and Risk: Ownership of the artwork passes to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. BENSLEY AND DIPRÉ does not accept returns or offer refunds.
• Copyright: The buyer acquires the physical artwork but BENSLEY AND DIPRÉ retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and must be resolved exclusively in its courts.
• Amendments: BENSLEY AND DIPRÉ, reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Please note, Art work purchased at The French House Exhibition will be shipped after the show.
